1. Navigate to the competitors page 2. Add as many competitors as you like, bookmark them, add a website, etc.

1. Navigate to the gap analysis page 2. Add gaps you’ve encountered, connect them to competitors, add priority, etc. (Action Plan will be covered in the next step) 3. If you select the priority: “Urgent” then the column will also appear in the top row.

1. Visit the Action Plans page 2. Add a new action plan, set a status, type, deadline, connect gaps, assign a responsible person (team members etc.)

  1. Action Plans will appear on the homepage, completed tasks will appear

  1. View completed gaps on this page
  2. Edit the status to: “In Progress” to return the task to the Action Plans page.
